Confidential Wealth Practice in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced wealth-management professional to join as a senior member of the concierge team, supporting high-value client relationships and advisor teams without building a personal book. You will help deliver proactive client service and analytical support to drive opportunities and timely resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in wealth management, active securities registrations, and credentials such as CFP/ChFC/CRPC.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in wealth management or equivalent.
• Experience supporting affluent client relationships.
• Active securities registrations required; exact combination depends on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted extension of advisor teams for high-value client relationships, providing proactive and responsive support
• Communicate with clients, coordinate complex requests, ensure timely follow-through
• Support or execute trading and account activity within the scope of registrations and procedures
• Complete analytical work and help advisors evaluate client opportunities and next steps
• Anticipate client and advisor needs and bring solutions
• Help establish service standards, workflows, documentation and accountability across the concierge team
• Coach and mentor developing team members progressing from financial planning into concierge or advisor roles
• Partner with practice leadership to balance service capacity and improve client experience
• Protect confidential information and operate within all regulatory requirements
• Lead with a service-oriented mindset; no personal book of business required
• Demonstrate strong organization, discretion, accountability and attention to detail
