Financial Clarity Group, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Director of Client Engagement (admin) to be the first voice clients hear. This role is phone- and tech-heavy, tracking client needs, following up to completion, and keeping calendars and priorities on track.

It blends client concierge duties with team support and information hub responsibilities. You will communicates clearly, learn new software, stay organized under multiple tasks, and contribute to a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator able to speak clearly on the phone and in writing.
• Willingness to learn new technology and software.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple items without dropping balls.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in person and by phone.
• Track client requests and follow up to ensure completion.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for the team.
• Use CRM and other software to stay organized (training provided).
• Collect and assemble documents for clients.
• Provide administrative and personal assistant support to professionals.
• Handle mail, filing, and day-to-day office tasks.
