Qualifications

• 1+ years in a professional office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Redtail CRM.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player with strong organization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Able to build trusted client relationships with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
• Prepare conference rooms for client meetings.
• Serve as a primary contact for client service requests with warmth.
• Build trusted client relationships with high-touch service.
• Process service requests including beneficiary updates and account maintenance.
• Maintain documentation and client notes in the CRM (Redtail).
• Support advisors by preparing for client meetings and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet compliance requirements.
• Support scheduling, setup, and execution of client events and classes.
