This is a full-time, in-person position with weekend availability during tax season and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Great communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing.
• Comfortable learning new technology and software.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple open items without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients, in person and by phone.
• Track client requests and follow up so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for our team.
• Use our CRM and other software to keep everything organized (we’ll train you).
• Collect and assemble documents for clients.
• Provide administrative and personal assistant support to our professionals.
• Handle mail, filing, and day-to-day office tasks.
• Follow-up on client invoices.
