Job summary

Montblanc in Grand Prairie, Texas seeks an Operations Coordinator, Client Relations to support the client-facing team and drive an enhanced client experience. Under the Client Relations Manager, you will own processes, manage web/email/phone cases, and help achieve KPI targets.

The role emphasizes process ownership, data support for ambassadors, and collaboration with SAP, CRM tools, and the distribution network to ensure timely, accurate orders and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College or technical degree required.
• Experience in luxury retail or service industry (5+ years).
• Proficiency with SAP and CRM tools.
• Ability to learn multiple applications and multi-task daily.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Client Relations team to meet service levels.
• Support Ambassadors by providing KPI-related data.
• Provide systems support to ensure day-to-day tasks run smoothly.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and improve processes.
• Train team on After Sales processes and inquiries.
