Montblanc in Houston is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain boutique operations and oversee inventory in a timely, organized manner. This role supports stock reception, stock transfers, and day-to-day store activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with inventory systems, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 20lb regularly.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock accuracy and conducts weekly/monthly cycle counts.
• Organizes stockroom and on-the-floor stocks; oversees orderly state.
• Receives deliveries from central warehouse and checks upon reception.
• Manages boutique email inbox and stock transfers between stores.
• Supports sales floor and interacts with clients when necessary.
• Communicates inventory results and issues to the finance team.
• Translates Richemont values into daily operations and procedures.
