Job summary

AlerStallings is seeking an experienced Regional Client Administrator (RCA) for our Dublin, OH office. This role blends reception and office management, playing a vital part in sales and operations beyond typical administrative duties.

As an RCA, you will handle client communications, oversee regional office operations, maintain filing systems, and deliver world-class service, serving as the face and heart of our client experience.

Qualifications

• Two years+ administrative support experience (including phone support).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Teams.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and communication skills.
• GRIT — accountability, ownership, problem-solving and toughness.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence (phone, digital, and traditional postage).
• Manage internal operational aspects of the region’s office(s) (inventory and client experience).
• Maintain client filing system.
• Provide world-class customer service and be the face of the office.
