State Farm independent contractor agent is seeking a customer-focused team member in Hawaii. You will establish relationships, handle inquiries on insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarity, while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include prompt, accurate customer service and ongoing relationship management, with compensation including salary plus commission/bonus and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Position may require irregular working hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
