Job summary

NRI 3PL in Fontana, CA is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage order and receipt processing across our 3PL facilities, serving as the main liaison for customers. You will handle customer service, allocation, traffic and routing in line with company standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment; you will support day-to-day client needs and uphold our 'one team' ethos.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of customer service experience in logistics or call center environments.
• Experience with 3PL operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.
• Able to learn internal and external software systems quickly.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between clients and NRI operations, communicating priorities.
• Manages client relationships and handles interactions including higher level issues.
• Coordinates inventory flow with the Inventory Team and Value Added Services.
• Ensures client SLA expectations are communicated to the operations team.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains organized, clean work areas.
