FlightSafety International is seeking a Supervisor, Client Experience to oversee daily client services and scheduling activities, ensuring a continuous, high-quality experience for customers.

You will coach and mentor a team, manage timecards, track performance, and drive process improvements across cross-functional units to uphold FlightSafety's standards of exceptional service and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years leadership experience in a management-support role.

Mansioni

• Oversee departmental activities and personnel.
• Coaching on performance and scheduling.
• Approve timecards and monitor attendance.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of processes.
• Mentor and train Customer Support teammates.
• Interview and evaluate candidates.
• Improve team efficiency and processes.
• Possibly assume Manager, Client Experience duties in absence.
