Job summary

Citigroup’s Private Client Coverage team in New York seeks a seasoned professional to apply in-depth onboarding and KYC knowledge to improve processes and service delivery. You’ll partner with sales and internal partners to fulfill client requests while ensuring high-quality client experiences.

The role requires 5–8 years in wealth management or financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience liaising with internal/external relationships and KYC onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor and evaluate processes and data.
• Partners with sales teams and internal partners to fulfill client requests with high service.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
• Supports clients navigating KYC onboarding and account opening processes.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide SME guidance and support training of peers.
