Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialized knowledge to onboarding, monitor processes, identify gaps, and define business issues.
• Collaborate with sales and liaise with KYC, Account Opening and product partners to fulfill client requests.
• Maintain current and complete documentation, respond promptly to requests, and support onboarding and account opening.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and escalate issues as needed.
