Job summary

Citi in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Private Banker Support professional to strengthen onboarding and KYC processes for high-net-worth clients. You will work with Sales, KYC, and product partners to ensure accurate documentation and timely client service.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client experiences and protect Citi's interests. Full-time, on-site in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• High engagement and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications: FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) or must be obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data; identifies policy gaps and data inconsistencies to define business issues.
• Partners with sales teams and internal partners (KYC, Account Opening and product partners) to fulfill client requests while maintaining communication.
• Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly.
• Supports clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening processes while evaluating moderately complex issues with potential impact.
• Demonstrates subject matter and industry expertise to influence decisions through advice and facilitation, supporting team performance and peer training.
• Assesses and escalates risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
