Job summary

Citi in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Private Banker Support professional to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to onboarding, KYC, and account-opening processes, coordinating with sales teams and internal partners to fulfill client requests.

You will ensure documentation is current, accurately maintained, and that client interactions reflect Citi’s standards while assessing risk and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65), or must be obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Applies onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, and evaluate processes and data to define business issues.
• Partners with sales and liaises with internal teams (KYC, Account Opening, product partners) to fulfill client requests.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
• Supports clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening while evaluating moderately complex issues.
• Demonstrates subject matter and industry expertise, influencing decisions and training peers.
• Assess and escalate risk, ensuring compliance with laws and safeguarding Citi's reputation.
