Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to plan and execute Enterprise ERP client engagement programs, including State User Group meetings and virtual education events.

You will coordinate logistics, communications, data, and other operational activities while working closely with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in event coordination or client services preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and communications for in-person and virtual client events.
• Collaborate with Client Experience Managers, Sales, Marketing, subject matter experts, and client contacts to support event planning and execution.
• Coordinate client email campaigns and maintain accurate event information across applicable platforms.
• Manage registration, attendance, and other program data and reporting.
• Coordinate event materials, inventory, and shipments.
• Maintain accurate client and contact information within applicable systems.
• Manage multiple events, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-through.
• Support ongoing improvements to Client Experience processes and workflows.
