Dillabaugh Carpet One Floor & Home in Nampa, ID is hiring a Client Experience & Design Specialist to welcome customers, assist with design ideas, and guide them to the best flooring solutions. You will receive hands-on training and work with experienced sales professionals to build expertise in flooring products and services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' work experience in Retail Sales or Client Services is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Fundamental tech, social media and math skills.
• Positive, communicative and growth-minded.
• Organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer phones and create a strong first impression.
• Assist with design ideas, product samples, estimates and quotes.
• Learn flooring products and guide customers toward best solutions.
• Build rapport and educate on options, care and warranties.
• Process payments, schedule follow-ups and provide project updates.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Welcome customers, answer phones & help create an outstanding first impression.
• Assist with design ideas, product samples, estimates & customer quotes.
• Learn about flooring products & guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs.
• Build rapport with customers & educate them on product options, care & warranties.
• Keep customer information organized, process payments, schedule follow-ups & provide updates throughout each project.
• Support daily showroom operations including desk schedules, displays, up-tracking & service issues.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & inviting for every customer.
• Participate in ongoing training to build your product knowledge & sales skills.

What We\'re Looking For:

• Valid driver\'s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
• 1+ years\' work experience in Retail Sales or Client Services a plus but not required
• Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
• Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
