Dillabaugh's Flooring America in Boise, ID is hiring a Client Experience & Design Specialist to help customers select flooring, estimate projects, and craft design ideas. You will learn from experienced sales pros, deliver outstanding first impressions, and participate in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• 1+ years' work experience in Retail Sales or Client Services a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn flooring products and design basics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer phones, and help create an outstanding first impression.
• Assist with design ideas, product samples, estimates, and customer quotes.
• Learn about flooring products and guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs.
• Build rapport with customers and educate them on product options, care, and warranties.
• Keep customer information organized, process payments, schedule follow-ups, and provide updates.
• Support showroom operations including desk schedules, displays, and service issues.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized and inviting for every customer.
• Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and sales skills.

• Hourly Range: $20 to $23 (based on experience)

Day-to-Day Tasks:

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
• 1+ years' work experience in Retail Sales or Client Services a plus but not required
