Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet information, and ID procedures.
• Provide instructions, invoices, and scheduling, and dispense medications per vet orders.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
