What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming interactions from healthcare professionals in a timely and courteous manner
- Document accurate information in work order systems and escalate emergency situations as necessary
- Partner with clinical professionals to input data for the servicing of medical equipment
- Demonstrate active listening skills and effectively use resources to resolve customer issues
- Assist with peer coaching and perform follow-up activities as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
- Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email solutions
- Customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of medical equipment terminology and the healthcare environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical equipment servicing and repair processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to process changes and new training materials
