- Document accurate information in work order systems and notify the appropriate field technician
- Demonstrate active listening skills to relay information effectively to repair technicians
- Escalate emergency situations utilizing established call flow processes
- Adapt to process changes while staying current with customer needs and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent degree required; college education preferred
- Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email solutions
- Customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of the healthcare environment and medical equipment terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within healthcare
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis
- Ability to assist with peer coaching and visitor side-by-sides
