What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming interactions from healthcare professionals in a timely and courteous manner
- Document accurate information in work order systems and notify appropriate field technicians
- Demonstrate active listening skills to relay the best possible information to repair technicians
- Adapt to process changes by staying current with new customer needs and training materials
- Assist with peer coaching and perform data entry and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type 45 words per minute
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email solutions
- Customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of the healthcare environment, including medical equipment terminology

- Prior experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical equipment and terminology related to the role
