What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming interactions from healthcare professionals efficiently and courteously
- Document accurate information in work order systems and escalate emergency situations
- Demonstrate active listening skills and communicate effectively with repair technicians
- Adapt to process changes and stay current with training materials
- Assist with peer coaching and perform data entry and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
- Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook or similar email solutions
- Customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of the healthcare environment and medical equipment terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical equipment terminology
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
