What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming interactions from healthcare professionals in a timely and courteous manner
- Demonstrate active listening skills and ask probing questions to relay information to repair technicians
- Document accurate information in work order systems and escalate issues as necessary
- Notify field technicians of service requests and escalate emergency situations according to call flow processes
- Assist with peer coaching and perform data entry and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute
- Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email solutions
- Customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
- Understanding of medical equipment terminology and healthcare environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis processes
- Ability to adapt to process changes and stay current with training materials
- Experience in handling complex medical equipment inquiries
- Strong initiative and ownership of tasks
