Floyd's 99 of Tampa Bay LLC is seeking a friendly Client Services Coordinator for our South Tampa location. This role is full-time or part-time, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming experience for clients.

You will handle phone reservations, greet clients, quote wait times, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations. Adaptability, strong communication, and attention to detail are essential in our fast-paced salon

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in salon/hospitality
• Evening and weekend availability
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficient with scheduling software and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client communications: answer phones, take reservations, quote wait times and relay messages to staff
• Greet customers and gather client information for bookings
• Identify upselling opportunities for retail and services
• Communicate pricing, quotes, and wait times to clients
• Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean shop environment
• Assist with retail stocking and inventory management
