Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to simplify banking and enhance service.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities by fulfilling or referring the client to branch staff.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
