Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and bank products.
• Support branch sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
