Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions; suggests suitable services.
• Utilizes knowledge of banking products to recommend client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within financial limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues per policy.
