Qualifications

• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions and refer to partners as needed.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Escalate non-standard issues and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support risk management and contribute to a positive customer experience.
