TD Bank Marlton is seeking a frontline Banking Specialist to enhance the client experience at our Marlton branch. You will guide clients through everyday banking with precision and a focus on service excellence, helping them reach financial goals.

Strong communication, reliability, and multitasking are essential as you handle transactions, educate customers about products, and connect them to specialists when needed. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military may count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador service at the branch.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions while identifying needs.
• Performs a broad range of routine client transactions within financial limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues for guidance per policy.
