Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Assist with transactions, open new accounts, and comply with policies.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile and online tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties, per policies.
