Job summary

Truist is hiring in Phoenixville for a Regular, 1st shift position focused on delivering excellent client service and accurate processing of transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support IRM activities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years teller or cash handling experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients about digital banking options (ATM/Online/Mobile).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
