Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Wisconsin to represent our brand with hospitality and help clients achieve their financial goals using our digital tools. You will greet clients, open accounts, and provide attentive service while following banking policies.

As part of our Consumer Banking team, you will educate clients about day‑to‑day transactions and Chase Mobile App, building trusted relationships and delivering a seamless experience across channels.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through branch processes.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day‑to‑day transactions and promote digital banking tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Manage branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
