You will use Chase Mobile App and self-service tools to help clients meet their financial goals, while ensuring a compliant and smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong client service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
