Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase mobile app and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices per bank procedures.
