Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships in our branch. You will open accounts, service day-to-day banking needs, and guide clients to digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet their goals.

With a focus on hospitality and compliance, you’ll work with teammates to provide seamless service, manage lobby flow, and support branch operations while upholding our standards for customer care and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling and vault/ATM activities.
