In this role you will build trusted relationships, collaborate with colleagues, and support branch operations including cash handling in compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with bank policies.
