Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/relationship associate in the United States (SC area) to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes superior service, onboarding clients to digital banking, and supporting outbound sales activities and IRM initiatives.

You'll promote a distinctive client experience, handle standard and complex transactions with accuracy, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge while adhering to policy and risk

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel/overnight may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
