Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker for the 1st shift in the United States. You will provide timely client transactions, deliver superior service, and educate clients on digital banking solutions to make banking easier.

You will also support sales and service activities, engage in outbound calls, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives, while adhering to controls and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience; handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and needs identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for clients.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
