Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
Six months client relationship building or sales experience.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
Ability to work weekends or extended hours; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions and maintain proper records.
Educate clients on digital banking and self-service solutions.
Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
Promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
