Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients. Volunteer, education, or military experience can count.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
