Responsibilities

• Orchestrates client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador at the financial center with a high-touch client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; connects to specialists as needed.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence, risk awareness and compliant outcomes.
