Job summary

TD Bank Stratford location is seeking a client-focused associate to deliver everyday banking with accuracy and confidence. Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Perform accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen client relationships by identifying needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions, referring to specialists as needed.
• Ensure compliance with TD policies and regulatory standards while handling client inquiries.
