Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, or military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center.
• Delivers personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and strengthen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and appointments for consumer accounts.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
