Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in United States (South Carolina, North Myrtle Beach) seeks a Regular full-time teller/client service associate to deliver superior client experiences. You will handle transactions, guide digital banking usage, and support outbound client outreach while reinforcing IRM capabilities.

Role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to work weekends with possible travel. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
• One year of client relationship building or sales experience
• Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions and offering guidance on services.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options to enhance their experience.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
