Bank of America in Lexington, KY is seeking a client-focused team member to engage clients in the lobby, educate on self-service options, and process cash transactions accurately. You will build relationships to meet financial needs and connect clients to solutions that support their goals.

Responsibilities include managing center traffic, scheduling, outbound calls, and promoting a strong client experience while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or relevant associate degree and experience in financial services.
• One year of sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Experience in financial services products and solutions.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours and adapt to location changes if required.
