Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteer, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills; excellent communication abilities.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guiding them through transactions and services.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by recommending solutions.
• Educate clients on products and digital channels while referring to specialists as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products to inform client decisions and ensure compliant outcomes.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve routine issues, and escalate non-standard problems.
