Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some client-facing experience. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience working with clients or in a service role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guiding their banking needs with a high-touch, relationship-driven approach.
• Execute a range of everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on banking products, digital channels, and self-serve options.
• Refer clients to appropriate partners to support financial goals while maintaining compliance.
