You will be the hospitality ambassador, handling everyday banking transactions with accuracy while building relationships and guiding clients toward appropriate TD partners to achieve their financial goals. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cash-handling experience preferred, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of client-facing experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact, guiding clients and handling inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and refer clients to specialists.
• Educate clients on products and digital tools to enhance convenience.
• Maintain compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Protect client information and handle transactions within limits.
• Participate in training and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Support branch operations and contribute to a high-touch client experience.
