Job summary

Schloegel Design Remodel in Kansas City is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who excels at welcoming clients, solving problems, and keeping details organized from first contact through project completion.

You will connect with prospective, current, and past clients, support the sales and marketing teams, and maintain accurate client data in our CRM to ensure a smooth journey and a great first impression.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or another role where connecting with people is part of the job is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads, qualify project opportunities, and schedule consultations for our Design-Build and Handyman teams.
• Manage client communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey, from the first inquiry through project completion and warranty.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, appointment, and project information in our CRM.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, presentation materials, project documentation, reminders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client communications including surveys, review follow-up, postcards, letters, and other scheduled touchpoints.
• Support marketing efforts including client events, campaigns, communications, and other projects that help strengthen the Schloegel brand and client experience.
• Help create a welcoming, organized office experience for clients, visitors, and the internal team.
