Job summary

Schloegel Design Remodel in Kansas City is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. You’ll manage client communications, qualify opportunities, and keep CRM data accurate, supporting design-build and handyman teams from first contact through project completion.

This is a role built to grow with you—bring ideas, stay organized, and help us deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or another role were connecting with people is part of the job is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads, qualify project opportunities, and schedule consultations for our Design-Build and Handyman teams.
• Manage client communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey, from the first inquiry through project completion and warranty.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, appointment, and project information in our CRM.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, presentation materials, project documentation, reminders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client communications including surveys, review follow-up, postcards, letters, and other scheduled touchpoints.
• Support marketing efforts including client events, campaigns, communications, and other projects that help strengthen the Schloegel brand and client experience.
• Help create a welcoming, organized office experience for clients, visitors, and the internal team.
